Powered by Apple’s A4 1GHz chip, the iPad is 1/2 inch thick and weighs only about half a pound. With Bluetooth 2.1, one month standby, 9.7 inch LED display with multi-touch screen, Wi-Fi, 10 hours continuous play, the iPad is available with 16 GB, 32 GB and 64GB storage.
Looking just like an iPhone, only a little bigger, the iPad can run almost 140,000 applications on the apple store and also the traditional iPhone or iapplications without modifying them and that too in “full Screen”.
The entry price for Apple iPad is $499 for the 16 GB model with out 3G facility. The 32 GB Wi-Fi model will cost $599 and if you want 64 GB capacity, be prepared to pay $699. However if you want 3G features, you will have to shell out and extra $130 for each of these models.
